I am at present applying for adjustment of status of my wife, married last June 30th. I have filled out forms I-864, I-485 and EAD and AP forms. My question is, how many passport photos of my wife I have to send and if I also have to send a G-325 of myself and 2 hotos of myself. I was told I had to submit 8 photos of my wife, for the following:

2 for the G-325

2 for the I-485

2 for the EAD

2 for the AP

and also fill out a G-325 of myself with 2 photos.

Thanks,

bolin 786

Archie

The USC only does the affidavit of support, nothing else. This petition is about the non-USC and that person getting status.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

As stated this is the immigrants application, the USC only completed the I-864 and provides no photos.

There are no photos for the G-325A as those are sent with the I-485. You DO need the 2 for the EAD and AP though. I personally used: http://www.epassportphoto.com/ to do my photos so cost wasn't an issue.

Only 2 of the non-US citizen per: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

No. 2 of the immigrant for the I-485, 2 for the I-765 and 2 for the I-131
