Hi,

My father filed for my oldest sister back in the 90's but she was denied due to other issues. And also in the 90's, my sister was given her tuition to go and pay her school fees and she changed her name to something(saria) that she'd prefer to be called. During the time, my dad petition for her, it was her biological name(Princess) on her documents but she was still using her name that she prefered(saria). After she got denied, my mother tried sending her(saria) to another country called toby or dubai through the american embassy but she got denied. Now, all her school documents is carrying Saria. My mother recently filed for her using her Princess name instead of Saria....Now,she met one of her high school sweetheart who wants to marry and bring her to the US. What name can we use? she was denied with her birth name, princess. and was also denied with the name that she gave herself (saria) but she's known as Saria by all her friends. Application filed last year, carried the name Princess. Can we call immigration and change the info to Saria Princess tonia thomas Or go with Princess tonia thomas which has been in the immigration system for years? Please help cause i am bit comfused/

Try to use name of birth certificate and on passport.

If they both differ then have new passport as per birth certificate or do name change procedure and make all papers consistent.
