Hello ! I have a situation that i started my job 6 months ago ( In January 2011 ) and my employer says i cannot get my tax return paper (form 1040) before June next year ! I am expecting my NOA-2 next month ! I want to know what papers can i send to my fiance for affidavit of support ?

Another question is do you always get tax return after 12 months of filing it or do you always get them in January each year ??

Take a second look at the VJ guides, especially primary and secondary proof. W2 are due out in February.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

All this information was really helpful ! The questions which just popped up in my mind was that my co-sponsor is my boss and she is self-employed so what does she has to give me instead of letter of employment ??

Since she is self-employed, she should give you the last 3 years of her tax transcripts from the IRS to show her income.
