Does my fiancees letter of intent have to be in english? (she doesnt speak english)

For the minimum income requirement

Does the ucis look at ALL the tax info? I invested alot in my business which is detailed in my schedule c 1099, but on my 1099 my adjusted gross income is 18030, and my net is 14,700..... If you add 13,000 from my depreciation on my schedule c , that is my "real " net profit..... If i highlight the depreciation part will they add that in?

1) Yes, it has to be in English.

2) USCIS is looking at gross income. Thus your income is $18,030. In any case, this is not enough for K1. You need co-sponsor.

My fiancee did not speak english as well and she still signed the one in English.
