The outrage of having students learn about the actual contributions of all segments of society to its own history.

Sometimes I wonder if these 'conservative' fragments realize how close to fascism their bigotry of actual history seems. The difference between not tolerating such bigotry and the bigotry itself is that those like me, while we do not tolerate it- do not deny the right of the bigoted to express their bigotry. We can't say the opposite in the actions exemplified by efforts to promote discrimination.

Blame the schools? Was it the schools who pushed for this bill? I don't know myself.

What I do know is that anyone who thinks a child being raised by two men or two women playing man and wife (switching role models) doesn't have ad adverse affect on said child should really get a clue.

None of us here fell off the last box car.

As far as the hippy thing goes I agree with you.

The point is, the kids are already screwed up, and the schools are to blame. I have two nieces, and a nephew in California schools. They can't do long division. They don't know how to diagram sentences. They got weird names for parts of speech, like "naming words" and "helper words". They can't tell you who we fought in WWII, or the names of any of the founding fathers, or who fought who in the Civil War. But, they will tell you how evil Republicans are and how they want to make you eat animals, poison all the water, and kill all the trees.

Homophobia has a clear definition, which Kip exemplifies quite clearly, without the need to delve into semantics. You state, in your opinion, that is- what my agenda is- while I have clearly stated that my agenda is defensive of the legislation based on its language; not on the conspiracy fallacies you collude yourself with. They are homophobes because they say homophobic things. The valuation of derogatory context is well, not only appropriate, but significant in the very much negative context in which their homophobia flourishes without your noticing it. Amazing you fail to see these things in favor of merely attempting to unnerve me for the sake of doing so with as yet again, unfounded, unsubstantiated accusations.

I have missed nothing and have made it clear that my empathy leans more toward parents who don't want their kids indoctrinated by schools and bureaucrats in all things liberal, gay history being only one of them. You would call me homophobic because of that.

You say without hesitation: 'They are homophobes because they say homophobic things.', but when I say you are pro-gay because you say pro-gay things, you object to applying the same criteria to yourself that you apply so casually to others.

Why the denial of something so obvious as the nose on your face? That's what fascinates me. You're in danger of alienating your pro-gay agenda supporters as you have already done with the anti-gay agenda crowd.

Furthermore, when you allow your paranoia to rule your conspiratorial analysis of the law, without indicating a single part of it- you definitely demonstrate your intolerance to truthfulness by repetitively refusing to engage in an honest debate. Just saying. If you don't like it, don't shovel the smelly stuff beyond the confines of your imagination.

Ok, I'll call this blind naivete rather than stupidity. There is nothing paranoid about understanding the left's history of requesting an inch to take a mile.

I am indifferent to your opinion of me and my tolerance level of bigots that deserve their label rightfully so- but feel free to harp on as you have been if it alleviates you in all possible ways.

Now, that is a bald-faced lie. If you were truly indifferent to my opinion of you, this thread would be a helluva lot shorter.

Why can't they just learn history? What's so bigoted about that idea?

LOL I know what you mean. I had a John Wayne flick on the tube last year where he was some union officer in the civil war...my nephews were watching this for about an hour when the oldest one asked who was fighting. I was like #######...tell me that was a joke...but the kid was serious.

It's pretty bad when schools push bias bs, especially in regards to politics. This country is getting more and more fcked up. This gay history law is further proof of it. They would rather teach about sexual genders than teach the basics and leave their political views out of the picture.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Children whether in California public school history classes, and/or adopted children into gay partners households have no choice. Gay proponents could give two sh*ts less what affect it has on kids...as long as they get to shove their bs in every ones face whether they like it or not.

Anyone that thinks two men or two women playing opposite sex role models for a child is normal and has no affects on said child should get off this board ASAP and search for a clue seeing how they have none. It's not rocket science to see this.

Children don't care either way as long as they are loved. If you think it's a problem,

you're projecting your own bigotry and insecurities onto them.

Cry me a river then.

Look at you going after the fluff instead of substantiating the claims themselves. Are you done yet or are you going to keep freaking out with the paranoia? There's no obligation for you to participate here- even when you're still making stuff up.

How's that analysis of the law coming out?

Ya right...you learned this after several studies correct?

I'm sure some kid being raised by some sexually confused peeps playing mom and dad even though mom is a man with a pecker doesn't have any problems at all, especially with his piers...class mates and friends. Family outings and ball games must be really fun for this kid when dad and mom dad are in the stands.

Are you for fcking real?

Ok, let's give it to the audience.

Hello, everyone. Am I delusional to think that Zero is pro-gay based on what he has posted in this thread?
