ok after talking to eachother we decided we wont trow away 2 years and all what we have work so hard for!

SO we getting ready for the interview we buying tickest this friday! and he also gonna send me all the documents i need from him

Birth certificate (copy) hes not sending me the original because he is afraid it get lost on the mail so hes sending me his passport too.I hope this its not a problem

tax returns. QUICK question, my fiance is a pfc in the army so he doesnt make that much though once we get married get BAH wich its extra money for being married DOES the consulate knows that??

letter to intent to marry within 90 days sing by him

boarding passes from the time we came to mexico to visit me

a copy of everything he sent for the I-129 aplication (i dk if this its necesary)

If he has a US birth certificate there is no need for the passport. A copy of the biographic page is ok. If it gets lost or stolen it's a hassle to replace as well as $140 +

He needs to prove his current income, not what will happen in the future. The consulate is not the military pay service. If you can't prove it, they do not know it.

Sorry but BAH wont count unless hes married now and collecting it now. Already went through that with my interview but thankfully he made enough without the BAH.

If he does not meet 100% of the poverty guidelines for your house hold number you will need a co-sponsor. Yes military only need to make 100% of the guide lines.

For two people he needs 14,710$ annual income. make sure you bring lots of his LES and if his income is just a little above the line a letter from his commander or first shirt.

I would not trust sending my passport in the mail. I would be worried about it getting lost or stolen. A birth certificate is easier and cheaper to replace. You can order extra certified copies online even.

I cannot think of anything else he needs to send you. If you have all the photos, phone records, chat logs, etc. to show as proof of relationship at the interview, then with the things he sends you, you should be good to go.
