I'm not suggesting for an instant you feel this way about interracial marriages, I am sure that you don't, but I want to illustrate a point. There were many, particularly in the segregated south prior to the Civil Rights era in the 60s, who felt exactly in this way about black/white interracial relationships. Times have changed, we had the Loving Supreme Court decision which overturned state laws discriminating against interracial marriages and families. The times are catching up on the issue of gay marriage as well. You are rapidly falling outside the mainstream with views such as yours on gay marriage.

I don't, personally, "push and promote" gay marriage. If I "push and promote" anything, it's the right of all Americans to be afforded the constitutional protections we are all granted, without exception. Black, white, straight, gay, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, atheist, whatever. I thought you conservatives were all about the Constitution, no?
