Vaccinations history is more important really.

Medical history is only if you are on drugs or have had major surgery or have serious health issues.

The only thing i brought to my medical was my vaccination records.

i've seen that it says you have to bring your medical history to the medical exam how far back do i have to go?

A list of vaccinations and a list of medicine you take for any issues you have, You answer a medical questionnaire and the doctor goes over it with you in the interview. It's a pretty quick and simple procedure. Chest x-ray, weigh-in, blood work and a brief physical.

thanks a lot i was confused. i'm not on any medication i'm healthy as a horse i had our son in December so i had a ton of tests done. i'll talk to my doctor about my immunization records if i can't get them i'll just get the test done to check. i know i have my chicken pox vaccine i've never had them so i should have all of them done.
