this morning i went to the dealership where i bought my car, they needed to clean the inside of my car, i totally totally forgot i left my wallet in the car and must have fell on the floor as i was getting my purse, the salesman was outside to greet me, so i didn't have the time to check, it completely slipped my mind, and he drove my car to the back for the cleaning, after about 15 minutes, i realized i left it there, so i quickly told the salesman to get it, he then came back after 10 minutes and told me they looked everywhere, i told him i went straight from my house to the shop, they saw my face that i was stressed and i know it's one of those 2 guys that were cleaning stole it. my wallet is unisex and of course a guy can use it. i immediately cancelled my cards, but i begged the salesman to ask those guys again, i told him i have all my cards, my military id, health, dental and car insurances and my drivers license! i didn't get it back again. i'm so pissed that i have to wait to get my cards again, go to dmv and get another military id. i remember telling the guy, i have a doctor's appointment and i don't have any cash with me and i have to eat. so stressed that i went straight home and cancelled my appt. i'm just thankful that i don't bring my green card with me. what would i do if it was in my wallet? i hope that dude is very happy that he got a $300 gucci wallet and probably will just trash everything in it (the important stuff for me) i hope karma bites his assssss. :diablo:

You did file a police report? If not, you should.

You should do it sooner rather than later. The police may have encountered other 'instances' of missing items with regard to this dealership - plus if the dealership knows there is a stolen wallet report from their premises they may try 'harder' to find your wallet. Good luck.

Awww, Hon, I feel for you. sad.gifsad.gifsad.gif I'm in agreement with everyone else here, if the guyz from the dealership stole your wallet, you probably aren't the first one that has had this happen to. File a police report and contact the General Manager of the dealership and let him know what happened. I'd even go so far as to contact the media, might just do the trick. good.gifgood.gifgood.gif

thank you :) this is the very first time i lost a wallet. didn't even lose it, but stolen. they kept telling me over and over that i probably left it at home or somewhere and i kept repeating that i saw it in the car when i was on the way and that i went straight there from my house. i will call the salesman again tomorrow and tell him i have to file a police report because i have my military id in my wallet and it has me and my husband's info and ss number.
