I am sending this off Thursday and was just wandering if I am missing something that could help our case.

Lease from may 2009 to May 2010

Lease from may 2010 to July 2011

Lease from aug 2011 to dec 2011 (short term)

copy of address noa proving we changed our address

bank account for two years

electric bills for may 2010 to July 2011

School letters like scholarships etc and copy of student cards

copy of chase and capital one credit cards

photos of two years

passport stamps

Peru and China airline tickets

Receipts from travel in Peru and Canada

Hotel and other Receipts from a trip to Georgia

Annual Florida pass for Disney (her card and mine bought on the same day)

Title to car

one affidavit

copy of drivers license

I don't have insurance info since she doesn't drive and would be meaningless, water is part of the rent, and I don't get receipts for internet (part of some deal with the apartment). Do you think I have enough covered, and should I include the entire bank statement (what we bought etc) or is the address/amount front page more than enough proof for them? Thanks

do your have joint tax return ? Because if you don't, that's not good.

We are both students so don't work, I didn't work during aos either so it won't appear "odd", I plan on including a letter stating that I am a student etc etc.

but if you are students and don't work how do you guys pay your leaving expenses. Do you have saved money? I ask this because I guess the USCIS is also going to want to know that. the USCIS likes looking for joint assets generally speaking to prove lawfulness. for them, "normally speaking" they like joint tax transcripts even more than probably "house leases" because they come form the IRS . But if you guys are able to justify not having them some how, it could work for you, aside form that you have good evidences, especially the house leases and the joint Credit cards, this are very good evidence for the USCIS

We both get scholarships and were able to save up money from a few years ago, our parents help with what those don't cover. The bank accounts show how money comes in (say we get this grant or scholarship, or withdraw from the savings account, or we get a bank transfer) and how it is spent (say on the rent which is paid at the first of the year when I get the money from the university). Of course I also file a "non-filer" form with the IRS which proves no one has worked using my social security number.

you have good evidence, but having said that, I haven't seen a case where both husband a wife don't work and have money sent form aboard to pay expenses of collage etc. So I don't know how the USCIS could react to that. But generally you have good evidence.
