Hello everyone,

My NRI husband sent me back to India and after i came india my husband applied for his H1 transfer and he got approval.now he is not providing supporting documents for my H4 visa.By saying that it will take few months to get documents from USCIS he passed six months..After I came here something happened there.actually he married me against his parents will. my in-laws and my husband's entire family is in US,they are all US citizens and green card holders.somebody poisoned him against me.now he is saying that he lost interest in me.now he want to end our relationship.he want to marry US citizen.I don't want to give him divorce.just 14 months back we got married. Also my in-laws and other family members threatened me,harassed me when I was in USA.I was there in atlanta,USA just for 7 months. And now 8 months have been passed here in India, I am living with my parents. He and his parents are not contacting me and trying to avoid me. my visa valid till sep 2012.Please let me know if he does not provide me the docs within next month, how can I take strict action against him. if I file case against him and his family from here in India, they will take action only when my husband and his family come to india.I know they will never come back to india because of the fear of police case.

Is it possible take action against him with USA police and any other Organisation who helps women ?

please tell me,is there any way to travel back to US?

wat should I say at POE,when they ask for my document?

Please guide me in right direction.

I need ur help.

Thank u.

Umm I'm not sure what kind of case you want to file against your husband, but you can travel to USA with a valid tourist visa. At the POE you should state the actual reasons for your visit.

But if he doesnt want to be married anymore there is nothing really you can do.

08/2008- met in Baltimore. I was on J1. Started dating.
07/2009- I went back to England to finish my BA(Hons)
12/2009- he visits me in England and proposes on new years eve
04/2010- I visit him in Baltimore on B1/B2. We spontaneously get married. I leave to go back to England.
10/2010- he comes to meet my family in Russia. We have our "honey-week"
11/2010- I come to visit on B1/B2 again and he convinses me to stay
03/11/2011- sent out AOS
03/14/2011- package received
04/2011- RFE
05/2011- sent out response for RFE
07/08/2011- EAD card recieved
7/21/2011- Green Card interview success!

05/15/2013- ROC packet sent

06/26/2013- Biometrics

09/03/2013- Approved

09/10/2013- Card recived

For the H4 visa, your husband is not required by law to bring his wife to the US, it is an option. It seems like he is exercising his option.

You'll don't have a visa problem, you'll have a marriage problem. The best advise for this is to seek marriage counsel from your religious mentor.

Good luck.

You cannot force him to provide you with a visa, if that is what you mean by "strict action". You can divorce him.

If you mean you wanna file a complaint against him in US, then there is not much you can do.

You can file a complaint against him in India and with Indian authority; you are saying he is on H1 means he will have to come to India at some point.

Also most of his family is USC and GC holder how come your husband is one who is not USC or GC holder.

There is not really a visa problem as mentioned earlier. I dont know if ppl on this board can be much helpful in the legal matter.
