I applied for green card after marriage on Feb19 2011 in Texas, my biometrics was in March07 2011 in texas, then I moved to NC and had my interview here on May19 2011.

I can see online that my card was ordered for production on may 19, since that time I have called USCIS few times but didn't receive my card yet. I did get the welcome notice in my new address too and other correspondence but not the card.

last month I send an inquired by calling their CS number but they asked me to wait another 30 days, it has been 26 days since then and I'm getting worried that nothing has been done to resolve my issue. Did anyone had such experience or help me with what I should do next?

thanks in advance

Wait another week. If nothing happens schedule an Infopass at your USCIS local office.

Is your name on the mailbox or your letter carrier know you are living there now? The USPS has been know to return properly addressed mail and it maybe the substitute letter carrier not the main carrier. This happened to us with Roza's SSC and my brother when he moved into my Mother's house. In my brother's case all mail stopped.

Just make certain your are getting mail at the new address, otherwise any new card sent by USCIS will be returned.

Good luck,

Dave
