Do I HAVE to have 2 copies of everything?

hey everyone

me and my fiance just filed for our k-1 visa. my fiance in the U.S who just filed for us forgot to make copies of our statement of intent and biographical papers. we have our photos and message chats still online that we sent to the USCIS that we can just reprint, but we dont have copies of the statement and biographical papers. so basically we didnt make copies and our case is already being reviewed at the vermont service center as we just got our hardcopy of the NOA1. we just have been so stressed and busy getting everything together and so nervous about this thing because we want to be together so bad so we just misssed this step!!! will we have any issues or be denied now that we dont have copies? IM REALLY WORRIED PLEASE HELP!!!!

From where I see it, having two copies was just to play it safe. For any "oops" on their part or to help me read it over and over again to feel re-assured I remember everything correctly. It is not a reason for denial.

Personally I had it, but never used it for any of the crucial parts of my K1 process.

K1 VISA
01/07/2011-> Packet Sent.
01/12/2011-> NOA1
05/11/2011-> NOA2
05/19/2011-> NVC Receives we have our No.
05/20/2011-> Case sent to the Consulate.
05/25/2011-> Consulate Received Package.
05/28/2011-> Received Packet 4 with my Interview Letter.
06/01/2011-> Medical Exam.
07/14/2011-> Interview at 8:00 am. APPROVED!!!
07/18/2011-> Pick up Visa at the Embassy.
08/03/2011-> P.O.E.
10/15/2011-> MARRIED!

11/07/2011-> AOS Packet Sent.

11/10/2011-> NOA Date According email & online status.

11/19/2011-> Hard Copies & Biometrics App. Letter.

11/23/2011-> Biometrics Walk In. (Original App. 12/06/2011)

Having the copies of everything is the best thing that you can do during the process. You can send it to your fiancé for the interview and there will not be any confusion during the interview. I made two copies of everything and my fiancée got the same thing that USCIS and the embassy have. So she can make herself familiar to the information that she could be asked during the interview.

The bio pages G-325 you won't need copies of, but the letters of intent you may. That will depend on the consulate you will have to deal with. Did you save a copy of these on the computer?

For the letters of intent it's best for the USC to sign a new one with a recent date close by to your interview. Remember to print out or have copies of his passport with the stamps of visiting, and all that that was shown as proof with the first package.
