Hi there,

I have one question about the I-864.

I'm currently filling out the affidavit of support and am on Part 5, where you enter the number of people in your household.

I petitioned my parents from two separate i864. My aunt is going to be my joint sponsor.

In the part 5 I have some confusement.

on 21 a .enter the number you entered on line 10 -----------2(for my dad and mom)

b. yourself. -----------1

c.if you are currently married , enter 0 -----------0

d. if you have dependent child , enter the number.......0

e. if you have any other dependents,ent -------0

f. if you have sponsored any other persons on

on I-864 or I-864EZ who are now lawful permanent

residents, enter the number here.

g. optioanl: if you have siblings.parents or adult childern....

I count the total is 3, but im not sure if its right.

can anyone tell me how to figure out it. thanks lot!!!

you should only put 1 for each parent, they are 2 separate i864.

you shoudn't add the other parent on 9 or 10.

it says on number 9, do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.

so the number on each i864 would be 2 I should think.

so then i just need to write down number 2 in each form :)

I also want to know if I have to put the name of my dad in my moms form 864 in part 3, question9

Do I have to put my moms name in my dads form and the same thing for my dads form or I jut put N/A in this section ???

just leave blank or mark n/a

you are filing separatly for each one.
