So because a Democrat might say something around election time, you would like to tell private money what it can or can not be used for?

What if I supported crack dealers' education with private money? Are you OK with that too?

There are numerous laws already on the books regulating what private money can and cannot be used for. Mostly consisting of prohibiting funding of illegal activity.

Seems kind of perverse that California politicians pass a law benefitting "illegal aliens".

It's a sad day when a state government panders to illegals not to mention it's a giant slap in the face to all the people who have went through the visa process legally.

Its slap to Federal Govt too, instead of working togeather and stopping illegal, this would be another reason for illegals to jump border and come here for free education.

We might as well just hand this country over to Mexico.
