hi guys! question, when can I call USCIS for the MNL case number? Can i call them even if I didn't receive yet the hard copy of NOA2? And when I receive the hard copy of noa2 does it says the MNL case number in the letter? a lot of questions, sorry but hope to hear from u guys soon. godbless!

It is not the USCIS that you will call to, it's the NVC. Give it a week or two after you got your NOA2 to call NVC for the case number. It would be best to have the NOA2 on hand before contacting NVC for the case number. NOA2 document does not contain your MNL case number. NVC will send the petitioner a letter with the case number on it. Sometimes the petitioner will not receive a letter from the NVC (like in our case). What we did is to just keep contacting NVC. :)

July 15, 2011: Eligibility letter received from US Embassy-Manila(dated July 11, 2011)

October 26 - June 5, 2012: SLEC trap!!! (DOT tx to vaccine administration)

June 7, 2012: Interview (APPROVED!) :)

June 18, 2012: Visa picked up at the embassy

June 20, 2012: POE in Detroit

It is not USCIS, It is NVC and you can give them a call in a week time after the NOA-2 received. However, these days petition might take up to a month to get to the NVC. So that don't frustrated if they tall you they don't have a record of your petition in their recode.

Oooppsss my bad. yup its NVC.. =) okay thanks, its been a week already but my fiancee didn't receive anything yet and we're still waiting for our noa2 hard copy.. hope it will arrive soon... thanks =)
