Hi everybody,

First I want to thank all people here for sharing their info to others.

My question here is I'm a green card holder my date on green card is Feb-07-2009 this is the same date that I entered US boarder at Chicago airport. My wife she is US citizen by birth and we married at 12-24-2004 in Iraq. So about 90 days in advance for applying to US citizenship, am I able to apply with 2 years and 9 months peroid?

Thanks in advance!

Mike

You certainly met the three year marriage requirement, just count 90 days backwards on a calendar from Feb-07-2012 as the earliest you can apply for US citizenship.
