Hi,

I got an email from NVC that "The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support (I-864). However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa fee(s). Please submit the fee(s) according to the instructions on the IV fee bill sent to you from NVC. DO NOT SEND FEE PAYMENTS TO THE NVC NEW HAMPSHIRE FACILITY. THIS WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF THE VISA. If you have not received an IV fee bill, please contact NVC. Do not pay the fees unless you have the accompanying IV fee bill as this will result in a delay in processing your case."

I tried to login to the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center site, but I don't see any option to pay the fee. There is nothing that I can choose. Is it a timing thing between the email and the website having my invoice online to pay?

Can you someone please help?

Thank you.

Has the beneficiary sent the DS-3032 yet? The IV bill is only invoiced once the DS-3032 has been accepted.

Yes, I had emailed it. I also received confirmation email for it.

What was the date that you received the DS-3032 acceptance email?

July 19th, 2011.

I had heard from another member who spoke with an operator that NVC is a little backlogged at the moment, both with assigning case numbers and with invoicing IV bills after DS-3032 acceptance.

Just hold on a bit longer, the IV bill can be invoiced any day.

FYI I got the IV notice for one of my parent today.

Thanks. But I don't know why my mom's one didn't get generated at the same time? I sent everything together and I have gotten approvals together too, except for the IV bill.

It definitely is weird...
