Visa Delivery Times

Ok So has anyone else NOT gotten their visa when they were told that it should arrive, My fiancee had a second appointment date July 12th (due to a corrected birth certificate) to which her visa was finally approved.

At that appointment she was told that she would receive her visa by the 22nd of July. One of those days in between was a holiday so we have waited patiently and still no visa.

I emailed the Embassy today and they replied to wait 5-7 days.

I replied back stating that it has passed 7 days and we are concerned and the second reply below states

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, processing and packaging of K visas was delayed. Your fiancée’s visa will be sent by Domesa today. Please give ample time for delivery such as the 5-7 working days mentioned in the earlier e-mail."

Has anyone else had this happen?

We're having the same problem, my fiancee's was approved July 14th... Compared to others it is taking longer

Thanks so I see we were not the only ones I hope yours is in the delivery to Domesa today as ours is supposed to be. I am still waiting to hear from my fiancee tonight to see what she has found out.

We are calling their office 3 times a day, apparently they have morning afternoon and evening deliveries. I just called Domesa to see if they'd do something else by saying I was calling from the US but it didn't work. All I got was "call tomorrow at 7am to see if it came overnight". Good luck to you!

Well I just got word she was able to pick up the visa today, now on to get a flight, and might I say the flight prices are way over priced!!!
