Just wanted to say hi....I just mailed off my K1/I129F package today. Couldn't have done it without all the fabulous information on this site.

Just got back from a visit to Peru with my love and am very excited for the future! Now just have to be patient and wait!

All the best for you on this "visa journey". It is difficult sometimes, but this site is so helpful. I see you are in California so your processing time should be much quicker than those of us on the east coast. I waited 5 months and 1 week for my NOA2 for the I129. Now we have our interview in Lima on August 23rd.

God bless you on your journey.

Beth

Thanks everyone! This site is amazing...I did a ton of research and this is the best site I found.

It helps a lot to know i'm not alone in this process too :)

Here's hoping CA service center keeps moving quickly! And that I get sent there :)

Question, are there other women out there that are the USC? Petitioning Peruvian men? Do they question it more? I notice on the site it is usually men as the USC...just curious.

Thx, Greeny

I am the petitioner and my fiancee is the Peruvian beneficiary (male). I haven't seen anything to indicate that there is any questioning. I wouldn't worry as long as the relationship is legit. I think age difference, and how well you know the fiancee are more of a flag.
