Hi, I have a question about I-864.

situation: I'm sponsoring my parents, however I am a student and do not meet the financial requirements. So obviously I need a joint sponsor, and my aunt is going to be my joint sponsor. My parents do not live with me.

1- Do I still have to file I-864 along with a seperate I-864 filed by the joint sponsor?

2- If so, how many I-864 do I need to file? total four?

3- Since my aunt is going to be the joint sponsor, do I still need to fill out the income information?

Thank you,

Thank you,

parents are filed separatly, so you have 2 petitions, with that you will need 2 i864 for you, the sponsor and 2 i864 for your aunt.

you do yours, you are the petitioner and sponsor, she does hers. she needs to cover her own family + 2

And sorry, I have one more question,

I am the US citizen, but while I am plying the green card for my parents, can I leave the country for like three weeks?
