Called USCIS to see about the NOA2

This is sooo frustrating... after those 60 days of waiting since our status is Request for Evidence Response Review, after we sent what they asked for the RFE, my fiance called USCIS today to see why its taking so long and the answer was not what we wanted The woman he talked with told him same thing we see on the site they still review our case, papers or whatever and the only thing she did was to send a email to Vermont to let them know the 60 days on our case passed She said now we have to wait to get an answer within 30 days!!!!! Wait again and again, this drives me crazy and i cant belive it is happening. All we want is to be together and start our life near each other... Any advice from anyone?? Help, please

we forgot to answer one question of form 129F, page 3, part C, question 2

This is why. This relates to the crimes and they maybe doing manual background check which according to the FBI information may take up to 3 months even though can be completed in less than 2.
