I-134 and Invitation letter

Timeline

I am applying for a B-2 visa my question is : I know it is not necessary to send I-134 or invitation letter , however, if I wan to send them to show financial support Where the letter and I-134 should be sent to? Should I email a scanned copies to my mother and fax another to the embassy?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
