I thinks there is to many opinions on this treat . Some great , some not that good however .

We must understand that there is a BIG Difference Bettewen Moral and Legal Responsabilities

K1 and CR1 are 2 complete diferent Visas

CR1 Legally Responsable due tu Marrige

K1 Responsable as the 90 day visa become a Weeding. during the 90days all is fair game for both him or her. as it was during metting process.

Immigrants and Ops Is a BIG Gamble what we do .Is SAD wend all goes down hill . NOBODY WiNS ALL become losers. WHY?

OPS = Broken HEarth, MOney, Time on process , TRips ect .

Immigrant = Broken promisses , Broken dreams , Broken Hearts and Money Lost.

At the end if he doesnt get marry she must leave or she will get in more trouble and in the future if she finds reall love she will have to face a BAN for overstaing.

I only wish him and her the best of luck on there future if tehy are together or appart
