For the Student Visa idea, can you afford to pay out of state tuition for her?

For the Tourist Visa, as a young single female from the Philippines she is very unlikely to get approved.

right now, i highly doubt.

i just asked so that i'll be knowledgeable with the other options when it is available.

thanks a lot.

i'll be sure to keep in mind all the advise that you guys have given me.

i'll try to marry her soon and file a petition as i can.

The quickest option would be for you to move rather than her.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Not if they want to build a future together in the US, the OP would risk losing his LPR Status at worst or a lesser hindrance would be delaying his eligibility to naturalize.
