i agree with the replies here..as for my case, my husband marry me when he came home and filed it as soon as he gets back to US. and now..after 4 years of waiting, our case is finally complete and i am on my medical exam process..he is still LPR, and he will only change his status as soon as we get there..so im hoping for the best, with our twins, i think the CO will approved our visa..Goodluck to u..made up your mind..

For the Student Visa idea, can you afford to pay out of state tuition for her?

For the Tourist Visa, as a young single female from the Philippines she is very unlikely to get approved.

right now, i highly doubt.

i just asked so that i'll be knowledgeable with the other options when it is available.

Not if they want to build a future together in the US, the OP would risk losing his LPR Status at worst or a lesser hindrance would be delaying his eligibility to naturalize.
