I have upcoming AOS interview to adjust from K1. Is there any guidelines for appropriate attire?

Male: suit with a tie? pants and shirt? jeans and T-shirt?

Female: Jeans and T-shirt? Dress? Any suggestions?

Does it have to match each other meaning if she is wearing jeans and T-shirt can I wear pants and shirt?

I always thought the question of attire was largely a bit over the top, I attended my K1 interview in jeans and a hoody without raising any eyebrows

8.12.2013: RFE (lost documents)
8.29.2013: ROC Approved
9.19.2013: 10 year GC (in the mail)

N-400 (5 Years)

03.24.2016: Sent N-400 (USCIS received 03.25)

03.25.2016: Priority Date

04.07.2016: Received complete N-400 (missing a page)

04.08.2016: Payment was charged to CC

Wear clean stuff, whatever you are comfortable with. I'd say if it works for a job interview or for a bank visit when applying for a big loan, that'll do perfectly.
