Previous affidavits of support

As I impatiently wait for NOA2, I thought I'd keep busy by making sure I have all my ducks in the row for my fiance's interview.

As I look at the I-134, it asks for previous affidavits of support. This is my second time through the K-1 process, the first was in 1998 (when it was much faster). I filed an I-134 and then an I-864 for AOS a few years later for my ex-wife. We've been divorced for over 3 years, and based on her employment in the USA, my obligations are discharged.

My question is, I do not have the paperwork for the original two affidavits. I can guess approximately at their date. Is this sufficient? I'm also a bit curious whether I need to state both the 134 and 864, but I'll just go ahead and do it anyway.

I could contact the ex, but I would rather not about this matter.
