"What we sent with the petition?"

EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP

You have sent a petition? If yes ... answer me please.

What should we send?

We have a ScreenShot (Livemocha, Skype, Orkut, Twitter, Facebook, emails) that shows the line of our online relationship.

We have also pictures together and with my family, hotel expenses, plane ticket that she was in Brazil and more her passport with the Brazilian stamp She was in Porto Alegre / Brazil (my town)

We must attach and send it along with the petition?

I've seen people who have not sent any of this evidence and were warned to RFE.

And then? What should we do?

With the petition, you have to send the evidence that shows you and your fiancé(e) met in person in the last two years of the petition date. This is the evidence that USCIS want to see along with the whole forms specified on the I-129f instruction. The rest of the evidences that you mentioned on the post mostly have to be presented to the embassy during the interview.

Good luck

You need to prove you are free to marry and that you have met in person within the last 2 years of filing the petition. If either of you were married before, send a copy of the divorce decree. You will also each send in a letter of intent to marry. You can find this in the example forms here on VJ. To show proof of meeting, send copies of the hotel receipts, boarding passes, and passport stamps that show she was in Brazil with you. Send photos of you together and with family from the time she was there with you, as secondary evidence of meeting.

Read the guide for filing a K-1 petition, and be sure to read all the instructions for each form you are filling out.

Leandro, please follow the guides on this website carefully. Do exactly as the guides tell you. Although you do not NEED "evidence of a continued relationship" for the 129F petition approval, it is RECOMMENDED that you do send the evidence of relationship with your initial petition. USCIS might not even look at that evidence, and will not use it for approval of the petition (all they care about is that you have proof that you 2 met in person in the past 2 years), BUT they WILL SEND IT TO THE EMBASSY (this is a good thing).

You see, approval of the 129F petition is simple...pretty automatic actually...as long as you fill the forms correctlly and give them evidence that you 2 met in person in the past 2 years. THE HARD PART is THE EMBASSY...this is where you REALLY need to proove that you have a STRONG CONTINUOUS relationship with your loved one. So it is a good idea to have some of your relationship eveidence at the embassy before your interview.

For the 129F petition:

All you need is to prove that you met each other once in the past 2 years. For this you will need PRIMARY evidence of this which is copies (keep the originals with you) of your passport entry/exit stamps and departure/return airline Bording Pass. SECONDARY evidence would include, any pictures, iteneraries and reciepts you had there in Brazil. These secondary evidence is no substitute for the primary evidence. You have to send the prinmary evidence.

For the Visa application itself (Embassy stage):

You need to prove that you have a continued strong relationship. For this you will need anything that shows you two are continually communicating. That evidence should be samples that span the length of your entire relationship. These sample can include for example:

-Pics together or together with family (much stronger)

-Emails, letters, post-cards

-Telephone logs

-Chat, yahoo, msn, skye logs...(all waht you have mentioned above)

Yes you can send screen shots.

As to your question "should I send it along with the I-129f or only need it in the interview?"

As stated above, you do not need to send evidence of continued relationship for approval of the 129F petition...BUT...I strongly reccommend that you do send it with the petition. This way the CO at the embassy will have evidence of your continued relationship before your interview there, which usually will make the interview at the embassy quicker and easier.

Good Luck!
