Our country is broke, yet we are giving Israel 3 billion dollars a year of US tax payer dollars. The US must be rich and we just don't know about it.

It is like the rest of the places we aid. They get to spend less on something so they can then go and spend more on something else.

Look at it like this. Canada does not have to spend heavily on a military because they have the U.S. to back them with ours. So Canada can then spend and waste any and all they want on their Socialism.

Now we give Israel aid. They can now divert their monies to other things. It also means their taxes can be lessened or just not raised. We pretty much subsidize many other countries follies.
