I have heard mixed responses about this question and I would like to confirm. I received my Green Card in December 2010 and had an EAD before that. I had a K-1 Visa before applying for the green card. Do I need to renew my EAD now that I have my green card? Or is the green card the only documentation I need to work legally?

You cannot use an EAD because you have a green card. EAD is only for when you DO NOT have a green card.

Your GC replaces, obsoletes, and voids your EAD. You not only do not need to, but actually cannot renew your EAD once you have a GC. The GC is the only documentation you need to work.

DON'T PANIC

should not be a question or any mixed responses... greencard is all you need.

YMMV
