I have been following this board for almost 10 years. And the news is that 80% of these K-1's fail

WOW 80% fail, feel bad for anyone who's filing for a K-1..... Statistically 'your' doomed.

I can solve all of these problems for you. First, withdraw the petition. You can do this anytime by notifying USCIS in writing. Second, send all your money to me. You'll never have to worry again about any Filipina being interested only in your money.

A personal check will be fine. :innocent:

Simple....withdraw and move on :dance::dance: , stop giving bad comments, we are here to help each other not to condemn..you have a good day now. :

Hi Everyone,

Well, looks like I picked another lemon to fall in love with. This is my second approved petition that just did not work out. I really want to find a Filipina who is not after my money. I know they are out there. Just bad luck on my part. My question is should I withdraw my petition or just let it expire which is Aug 20th. I have learned a lot from my two experiences. I know now who to look for. I know there are IMBRA issues now if I petition for another Filipina. I have no criminal past. I'm just a nice guy looking for a sincere relationship. What should I do? Withdraw the petition or let it expire? Thanks.

Sorry to hear things did not work out for you and your fiance. No one has a right to pass a judgement on another, but people tend to do so anyway.

Maybe a break from any relationship right now might be a good thing for you. I would suggest a trip to the Philippines as a single man and see what happens while you are there.

Best of luck and wish you success in your quest for love and happiness.
