Hi!

Although, too early, but I wanted to get a second opinion. I received my NOA for ROC a few days ago. The NOA receipt Number beginning from EAC xxxxxxxxxx.

When I try to check case Status on USCIS website, the following message pops up

•Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

In order to track our case status, do we track it through the NOA receipt number or the one that is on the Biometrics letter? And how soon does it show up on the website usually?

Thank You.

I was told by a Tier 2 employee that there is an ongoing issue with data being entered into the database. When I inquired about my three applications (I-130, I-485, and I-765), I was told that the receipt numbers "sounded" valid but could not be looked up in the database at that time.

Since then, both the I-485 and the I-765 have shown up in the system about the time that some sort of action was needed (biometrics appointment). The I-130 hasn't shown up yet, but I'm still checking.

Care,

Bill

for RoC you have to wait for the biometrics appointment before you can check your case online.

I have posted the same question and got the same answer.

Biometrics appointment (number) is what you need for ya to be able to check your status online.
