What do you think about this 2 cover letter. Do I have to include something else or maybe eliminate some items?. (specially in the affidavit of support). Thanks for checking :)

o Affidavit of Bona Fide Marriage by colleague of non-US Citizen Spouse.

o Affidavit of Bona Fide Marriage by friend of non US-Citizen Spouse.

o Affidavit of Bona Fide Marriage by English teacher of non-US Citizen Spouse and friend of the couple.

o Photocopies of apartment lease showing common residence from Jun, 2010.

o Selection of Pictures that document relationship and marriage.

o Letter from non-US Citizen Spouse indicating annual salary, and evidencing that his income will continue from the current source.

11. Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

12. Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.

13. I-797, Notice of action – USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State and 212E waiver granted letter.

List is good, don't send the pay-stubs of either of you not required at all. Send the TAX transcripts for the most current 2 years of the petitioner for I-864 purposes. Also send the joint bank statements if you guys have any.

Also if petitioner's income is sufficient for the poverty guidelines in I-864 there is no need to go for the overkill of showing the Non-US citizen income and the continuity of that income. However if that is not the case and if you do need to send it in that case send the Non-US citizen's tax transcripts for the most recent years as well.

rahulv...Thanks a lot for your recommendation. I'm sending my paystub's and W-2 because my wife's income is not sufficient for pass the poverty guidelines in I-864. However, you are right, I don't think I'm going to send her paystubs because is not necessary.

Lilly 1...That's a good question. I already have the G-325A for the USC included in the I-130 package. I didn't find in the instructions that I have to send this whit I-485. It is easy to include it but I don't want to send more than I have to.
