Just a quick question if I could get some help. My fiancee had a k1 interview at new delhi and was given a 221g to submit more documents with her passport, they CO did not return her medical report to her, will they have the medical on file when they receive her documents and passport again from VFS.

just have her send the documents they asked for with her passport i believe they retain everything at the embassy that has already been submitted thru vfs

Can you provide more details why they gave the 221G. My fiancee just had her interview in Mumbai and she was also given this 221g along with her passport and all other documents. on 221g they have asked us to only submit the guest list of people who attended our engagement.

Answer to your question would be no need to worry. They would have the medical record. They kept medical report and demand draft of my fiancee too.
