the cruel murder by hanging of a living, breathing child is not even close to being relevant in any serious discussion on the rights and wrongs of terminating a pregnancy.

To those who believe the unborn are "a life" wouldn't it be the same thing?

And what I really don't understand is why they're not all mad at me for dumping several million lives on the side of the shower or in a tube sock every evening. They should be pissed off at women for wasting a life every month too.

I'd say their people aren't powerful enough but that's just me. I know most folks out there want the government to do everything for them but personally, I like to see places where things like this can't happen because the people hold the power.

Also, if a life is a life, what's the difference between a mother taking her unborn "life's" life and the taliban taking the life of an 8-year-old boy? Taking a life is taking a life, right?

And saying you can do nothing to prevent this sort of thing is simply wrong. You can do a lot to shape policy in foreign countries, just ask your congressman.

Indeed Slim. A life is a life. So it doesn't matter if you die of old age, in a car crash, a terrorist attack, an abortion, a robbery or a bizarre gardening accident - it's all the same. That's just brilliant that is....
