Hi everyone,

The instructions for the I-134 form state that you will only need a letter from the bank, and a letter from your employer. I've seen people putting pay slips and tax returns in with the application from the forums... Is there something I'm missing on the instructions?

i believe i did see somewhere in the instructions abt sending tax returns..as far as pay stubs. it definitely doesnt say anything abt that but i guess its better to be safe than sorry!!!! u shouldnt need that if u send copies of bank stmts

Copies of recent paystubs serve as back up to the income claim made in the employer letter. Do some reading in the Australia regional forum to get feedback from VJ members who have experience with the Sydney consulate.
