London embassy visa queery

Ok so when i head for my interview an lets pray get approved, when i go to pay the courier can i get it sent to a different address from whats on my visa, and when i do recieve the visa can i book a flight for that day or day after or do i have to wait a certain amount of time?

When you go to the interview they will give you a pink form to fill in for the DX Secure courier desk. It is my understanding you can have it delivered anywhere and I guess you can leave the same day it arrives but the cost of paying for a ticket to the US sounds expensive! :blink: The only choice you have is before 8am or regular delivery. It can take 3-10 business days. Jock's got to him on a Friday and his interview was that Wednesday but another on here it took 2 weeks and someone else almost a week. It's random and maybe related to how soon after you are approved that the Visa is actually produced. Anyway to answer your question directly you dont need to wait, you've waited long enough, once the visa is in hand you can go! :thumbs:
