F2A Interview in Islamabad

Hi

My wife will be having interview in last week of august 2011 in Islamabad so is there any one experiance of female interview and will she be put in AP or not plz help and what type of documents will she carry for interview do I send her my all tax documents to her ?

I agree women generally do not have to wait so long for their visas. I think she may not receive it that particular day but it may take a week for her to get from AMEX when they send it to her. They usually hang onto the passport for a day or two before issuing. That is considering for her filing of f2 visa that her priority dates are current at the time of interview...otherwise she may have to wait until they are current to obtain visa.

My husband took the entire file copies of i 130 and the ds 230 and i 864 along with many chats, emails, cards, letters, receipts for gifts he sent, photos...he had a large file case he took (it ws transparent so it was accepted thru security)

My wife's interview got AP today with other two f2a filers. All three had same window interview and put them AP. I guess the best bet to apply for wife after citizenship. Even God's couldn't help us from AP.

It might be the reason of PD for putting in AP or some docs must be missing, what type of chit had been given to your wife ?

My wife's PD is March 11, 2008. It just a process u have to go through as LPR spouse. I already aware about that someone took interview last month , same thing happened. It will be clear may be after 90 days observations.

It's really cursing but why it's happening with LPR until when LPR will have to wait for a miracle

Citizens' spouses never get an AP? I was really looking up to ur case. & ur wife also got an AP made me really disappointed and pessimistic abt my case. Bcz I too tried to enter in US once to see my husband & I got denied. Though my husband is having his oath on 28th of this month, I don't know yet what to hope..

Same here my interview is also on the 30 of august. I think inshallah she will not get AP. Send in alot of stuff with her. phone logs, photos. money transfer recipts, ur passport n everything.

As for the tax documents i think 2010 tax return should be suffucicent.

thats true of the females from pakistan...very few ever get ap

personally idk what to think...its distressing...its a dark place...its depressing....when all you want to do is wake up with the person your in love with and at the same time your being told to wait again and again...

well just so u guys know my brother a US citizen applied for his wife immigration. her interview at isb was july 8 and her case is in AP also. it doesn't matter LPR or US citizen, AP is mandatory for every one.

If some ppl are more accomodating of other ppls belief and religion and try not to enforece their religion on others.

UPDATE ON MY WIFE'S CASE:

My wife received a surprise call from US Embassy Dhaka, Bangladesh this morning( Embassy Open Sunday), the bangali lady asked her pick her passport on Thursday 1.00 PM at BD time..... :dance: Yohooooo :dance: ....Finally journey going to end..the lady also told my wife US department approved her visa.

So what my understanding, She was holding for approval of visa number to released from DoS.

Thank you all Vj members for great help..I appreciated yours efforts in this forum, Great people.
