My wife and I are going to be sending out our I-751 package soon. Her alien registration card expires on October 8th.

I've been debating holding off to get more evidence versus sending in the package sooner. The things that I know we're lacking in right now are life insurance beneficiary information (have requested a letter from our life insurance provider), lease information (sent a copy when we filed our I-485 but are now on a month-to-month lease at the same address with no documentation), and affidavits from friends/family (we don't know a lot of people).

Do you think this will be enough or should we take an extra week to get more evidence? Will we be at any disadvantage by applying later? Any advice is much appreciated.

Looks like plenty.

We were also in the same situation with our lease when we applied for the removal of conditions. We resent a copy of the original lease.

I think that what you have is very good, but I do think that the lease info is important. If you could get a statement from your landlord in regards to that I think it would be beneficial. Hope your process goes quick and smooth!
