NVC Process Issues

Hi all, I am starting this new thread, so that we, who have just got our NVC Case Numbers and Invoice Identification Numbers, can use this to share our NVC Process Issues and help each other. Our case was entered on 7/21 and got our case number on 7/22 and we sent our DS-3032 on 7/22 as we could logon to the payment system. We got an automatic reply message from NVC.

Today I am also unable to logon to the NVC payment system, as NVC is maintaining their system and the system will be down. It will be available after 7/24 at 12:01 AM, so those of you who have the same issue, there nothing to worry. You will be able to logon on Monday early morning.

how long to get your case number, took almost 3 weeks for me but they accepted ds3032 and i have already paid and sent aos bill..

Now, i know why there's a delay processing the payments. I paid on July 22 and until now, July 26 my barcoded coversheet is not yet ready. Or it still IN PROCESS. When I paid my AOS, the barcoded coversheet was ready the following day.

If I am reading this right... you went from getting your case number (6/30) to getting the final bill to pay (7/11) in 7 busines days.. I think I will be happy with that if it happens

I have a question: You say you received the DS-3032 form with barcode on 7/1? That seems really quick. I have not received anything from NVC and after I caled htem today was told nothing had been generated at all for me yet.

OK scratch all of that, I had an email into the account I had set up for this from NVC while I was writing the last post. It was the "You are now eligable for further processing" email with the DS-3032 barcode.. This was followed 10 minutes later by another email with the AOS bill. I tried the web site (where I had a sign-in fail five minutes earlier) and boom! invoice of 88.00 to pay.. Paid it on the spot and... now back to waiting

I tried the web site (where I had a sign-in fail five minutes earlier) and boom! invoice of 88.00 to pay.. Paid it on the spot and... now back to waiting

OnMyWayId, our date is also 7/21. I didn't check my email yet (can't access it from work) but checked the online access, on seeing your message. My case number needs changed from BMB (Mumbai) to MDR (Cennai), due to a mistake on NVC part - takes 7 - 10 days. NVC rep told me to continue processing using the current NVC number and that they will move everything when from this case to the new one. So I paid the fee - thanks to your message. The rep said that the DS-3032 emails are being processed in the order of receipt, so if it was sent on 7/22, you should get your IV Fee email.

Just got the email regarding the IV bill. Logged on immediately and paid.

PS I logged onto the payment portal with my Mac and Safari browser but couldn't initiate the payment. Then logged on with Windows and IE browser and paid. NVC does not like Macs.

I'm starting to get a bit concerned. I received our NVC case number and IIN a week ago today. They have both of our emails. I still haven't received an email regarding payment. I try to log in to the payment portal everyday and it still says sign in failed. I'm not sure what's going on. I called today and the rep said he would put a request in to get the bills sent out but I dont know how far that will actually go. I just want to pay this stuff already lol.

Well I've broken down and called NVC again. The rep did say that my case has been forwarded to a supervisor for review as I've yet to receive any emails. So I guess that's a plus!

I was hoping the AOS would show as paid today (the money came out of my account yesterday) - I still think there is a chance.. but if it comes tomorrow no biggie.. The NVC will have all of my paperwork by the end of next week! Nice to see that they are still cruising at a good speed once you are through with the intoloerable wait after USCIS!

I was hoping the AOS would show as paid today (the money came out of my account yesterday) - I still think there is a chance.. but if it comes tomorrow no biggie.. The NVC will have all of my paperwork by the end of next week! Nice to see that they are still cruising at a good speed once you are through with the intoloerable wait after USCIS!

Praise the Lord for He is good. As I suspected my NVC Case number has been changed to new one due to change in the US Consulate and hence the system failure. Just got email of IV fee bill and I logged into the system using the new NVC case number and paid it. I am glad that the new NVC case number came before I could send out my AOS packet with old one.

Sweet! Finally feels like it is all falling into place.. Well we are going to have to see who gets an interview date set first I am hoping for an early-mid October But I may shoot for the moon and see if I can pester a late September date out of them

I've officially reached the point of pissed off. Still no email, still can't log into the portal to pay anything. How hard is it to send a bloody email? I don't understand what the hold up is. I've had the NVC# and IIN for well over a week and still nothing. Ugh I'm losing my patience and normally I'm very polite when I call there but if I have to call again I'm going to snap.
