I filed the I-130 for my husband on April 22 and USCIS received the documents on April 27th. We have been waiting 3 months for them to send us something about our case status/interview and today we got a letter stating that we needed to send in the G-325A forms. We sent them in the first time, but we forgot to sign them. I also just looked up some information on I-130 package and noticed that it said to send in evidence of a bonafide marriage. At the time that i sent the package i did not know this.

So here are my questions:

1) When we send in the signed G-325A forms how soon will they look at my case again?

2) Should i send in some evidence of our marriage with the G-325A forms or wait until i get the request for information?

From what I've read in all these threads is the review is usually right away if your response is prompt. I would send a cover letter with the signed G-325A forms explaining what you overlooked and include whatever you didn't send the first time. However, they usually ask for anything that's missing in the letter you received, but if you're not sure send it anyway; 10 things too much is better than 1 thing missing.

I know this is such a detailed and confusing process, but that's an important fact to remember when doing anything related to your petition. I suggest you read, read, read and read some more and then check, check, check and then re-check to make sure what you are submitting is what they request/require. It's a long and expensive process, don't give them a reason to delay it or say no.
