When can my husband send the ds-3032? we have our case number but they just got our case entered into the system right before I called so that is all they could give me. She said that they will email the invoice number and the ds-3032 in 2-4 week's but we have seen the short-cut's on visa journey so I was wondering about having my husband do the email of the ds-3032 now or do we have to wait? If I understand correctly the invoice number is only for paying our aos and iv bill's? Has nothing to do with the ds-3032 right?

You only need the case number to send the ds-3032. And you are correct, the invoice number is to pay those fees.

If you send it now, you should have an e-mail saying they received it early next week (if they're not backlogged)

yes it has nothing to do with the ds 3032.. We already emailed the nvc using the template here. no barcode needed just the case number as the subject and they replied to me after 4 days.We don't have yet our IIN I guess its backlog coz usually they would give it over the fone..ugghh

It is my understanding the beneficiary can send this ASAP once you have that NVC case #. Once received, petitioner can move forward on paying the IV bill.

Sep 13: INTERVIEW scheduled, email letter arrived
Sep 15: MEDICAL in Stockholm
Sep 23: Packet Left NVC -> Embassy
Oct 31: INTERVIEW 4-minutes and DONE. APPROVED. Visa is "in the mail"

Nov 27: arrival in USA

DIVORCE: final May 2015 - never whould have married without dating in-person for at least a year.

I got my Case number and IIN on 7/22 (Case entered on 7/21). Could logon to the NVC Payment web site. Sent DS-3032 on 7/22 (all you need is NVC Case Number) and got aumatic email message in response.

Created a new thread for NVC Proces Issues.http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/321041-nvc-process-issues/, so that we can share and be benefitted.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.
