Package 3...?

Hey folks. I was looking into the documents I will need for package 3 and when I was looking at the DS-156K it said I have 2 include police records. I was under the impression I needed those for the medical, not for package 3. Anyone help me out??

You don't send the documents listed on 156K in with the DS-Forms but you bring them to the interview.

Yes.

Also, you bring the police certificates to the interview but you have to show it (or give a copy) at the medical.

Yes you need to fill out the DS-156K, police certificates, birth certificates, affidavit of support documents, passport photos, etc... are not mailed in despite what DS-156K says. London prefers to collect them at the interview.

Make sure you make copies of your police certificate and your birth certificate so you can present the originals but submit the copies. You will need the police certificate, 1 US passport sized photo and your passport to attend the medical.
