had my aos interview this afternoon,i have no idea its gonna be that easy.Im Approced..THANK GOD

I signed up in vj two days ago,i was worried cause we dont have alot of proof to show them that we're living together (only electric,phone,cable,and pictures,oh i have some rental agreement also from blockbuster-lol).my husband coudnt put me on the lease cause i have no ssn (needed for background check),he cant put me on the health insurance (because the "change form" was dated outside of the 30 day window<<<---some company policy).i also dont have a bank account basically cause i dont have ssn.NO ss card no state id no nothing...(considering they list alot of requirements in the appoinment letter).The one who interviewed us just asked us to swear an ought asked for our passports and birth certificate..asked me if i have been arrested,or member of any organizations....then thats it...he took out my i-94 from my passport and stamped a greencard good for one year.(the card-good for 2 yrs-will be mail to us)...im so happy,i can finally work,travel or do anything except by just staying in the house all day(ive been her for 6 months now and basically thats what i do everyday--stay in the house for the whole boring day---thats not that easy,you know)

hoooooooooooo......RELIEF!

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

thanks everyone...oh yeah i thought its going to be very stressful...hmmm....i dont mean to let everyone think its "that easy"....AH_AH..., its still better if you complete all the requirements...Dont trust your future in LUCK...still,it depends on who are handling your case.it just happened that the one who worked ours is so kind and very helpful....

We also have our interview coming up and like you, Val changed her name (marriage) before we went to SS field office to file and said we could not get a ss# since namechange does not match I-94 so we cannot get her on my bank accounts.
