Removal of Conditional Green Card

Hello VJ'ers, I was just wondering if is there anyone here that filed their Removal of Conditional Green Card last Feb 2011 under Vermont Service Center. I am done with my biometrics already and i got my 1 years extension as well last March, but i still havent recieve my actual 10 years GC yet til now. I was just checking if is there anybody here who file on the same month as i do and whats their status.....

Any response will be highly appreciated. Thank you. I cant get my pofessional driver's license without my 10 years GC, because my learner's permit was expired already last May 2011 as my 2 years conditional green card expire.

Your conditional green card hasn't expired because you filed for removal of conditions and received a one year extension on your conditional green card. Your letter from the USCIS is your proof.

It would take around 6-12 months to receive your new GC with 10 year expiration date. The notice you received stating a 1 year extension on your "old GC" will be a valid proof of your legal status. Yeah, it does take time to receive the new GC. You can try to show the notice to the DMV office to get your driver's license

Chinook's ROC NOA2 was dated 7-21-11.

Green card in hand on 8-1-11.
