Can I send these items to the NVC or do they need to come from her address?

send it in with your AOS packet unless you sent that in already. My husband sent mine and there was no problems with the address it came from

Yes she did. I did not know if they send some special envelope to return documents in. So I just send those items and DS-230? OK
