Sorry to be such a pain... this question is about part 7 of I-134 where it says: "I derive an annual income of".

The thing is that my fiance doesn´t have a fixed salary. He gets paid by the hours he works and they vary from time to time.

How can we calculate annual income under this circumstances?

At this point in the year what is your best estimate of what he will earn for the entire year? You will support your income claim with recent paystubs and an employer letter.

So an estimate will be ok even if we´re not completely sure?

(Does it have to be stated on the employer letter also?)

Thank you!

If you make $40k a year, then that is what you put. You back up that amount with letter from employer and recent pay stubs.

An easy way to calculate your annual income is to multiply hourly wage by hours worked per week, then multiply that weekly amount by 52.

I am not sure about Jamaica in particular you may want to ask this question in their Regional forum found here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/153-caribbean/

However, typically a Tax Transcript from the most recent tax year is preferred since it is what was filed with all possible other sources of income on it.

This is my question too. My fiance's mom is our co-sponsor. She stated on the affidavit of support an annual income of usd 108,000 but her 2015 IRS/W-2 states she earned 61,000. Is this okay?

Yes. Have her supply a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs to prove the annual amount she listed.
