Intr-adevar ,pentru CR1/IR1 trebuie doar de 3 ori diferenta, pt K1 e de 5 ori.

Totusi, cel mai sigur e sa ai co-sponsor din cate am citit pe aici si nu conteaza varsta sponsorului.

Buna dimineata! Deci se poate oare cu contul din banca? Momentan am gasit si vreo 2 persoane, sa vedem acum daca nu se razgandesc..

Eu nu inteleg daca ei se refera la contul sponsorului, joint sponsorului sau la al meu acolo.Si mai zic si ca sursa trebuie sa continue si dupa ce plec in SUA..sunt destul de confuza, daca nu se rezolva cu joint sponsor sun si ii intreb la ambasada.

Eu nu inteleg daca ei se refera la contul sponsorului, joint sponsorului sau la al meu acolo.Si mai zic si ca sursa trebuie sa continue si dupa ce plec in SUA..sunt destul de confuza, daca nu se rezolva cu joint sponsor sun si ii intreb la ambasada.

Nu sunt sigura daca poti folosi contul tau; teoretic poti, dar nu stiu daca vor accepta la ambasada.

Patrea cu "trebuie sa continue si dupa ce pleci in SUA" cred ca se refera la un eventual venit al tau pe care ai vrea sa-l folosesti. De exemplu, daca ai vrea sa folosesti venitul tau curent ar trebui sa dovedesti ca sursa de venit va continua si dupa ce ajungi in SUA (exemplu: companii internationale care sunt dispuse sa transfere jobul beneficiarului din tara lui/ei de origine la o sucursala din SUA). Cei care se casatoresc si ajusteaza statusul in SUA pot folosi venitul beneficiarului (daca el/ea lucreaza in SUA) de ex.

Daca folosesti co-sponsor nu conteaza pentru ca sponsorul e in SUA si are venit in SUA.

Sper ca m-am facut inteleasa cat de cat. Asta am inteles eu citind pe aici.

Daca aveti sponsor e foarte bine, trebuie sa fiti siguri ca se califica si sa calculati corect toate persoanle care inta la "hosehold".

Sonsorul poate fi si LPR nu doar cetatean.

Peter Pan, mi-a atras atentia postul tau, spuneai ca ai inceput pregatirile ptr K 1 'din nou''..si ma intrebam care e povestea ta?

Nimic spectaculos, prima data am trimis un dosar numai cu aplicatia aia IF-129 ca ne-am crezut prea smecheri sa cititm si instructiunile, asa ca nu stiam ca trebuie mai multe chestii. Noroc ca ne-am prins peste cateva luni si l-am retrimis complet. Inca astept NOA2.

Vin si eu cu vesti semi-bune!Tocmai mi-a venit noul pachet cu I-864 din SUA, avem alt joint sponsor.L-am trimis urgent spre Bucuresti impreuna cu pasaportul si ajunge maine in jur de ora 10:00.Sper ca de data asta sa fim acceptati si sa iau viza!

Oare ma anunta prin vreun email ceva :D:)...am asa niste emotii..oare in cate zile aflu..? ~x(

Am impresia ca ei trebuie sa imi trimita un pachet ceva, pentru Port of Entry, cu actele mele:formulare, cazier + examinarea medicala.Ciudat e ca eu am o parte din examinarea medicala acasa si plicul e desfacut de la interviu, probabil restul imi trimit ei intr-un pachet sigilat pe care il arat eu la POE.

Seara buna tuturor!

Am impresia ca ei trebuie sa imi trimita un pachet ceva, pentru Port of Entry, cu actele mele:formulare, cazier + examinarea medicala.Ciudat e ca eu am o parte din examinarea medicala acasa si plicul e desfacut de la interviu, probabil restul imi trimit ei intr-un pachet sigilat pe care il arat eu la POE.

Ma bucur sa aud vesti bune! Daca sponsorul are venit suficient sa fie peste 125% poverty level pentru toti membri din household plus imigrantul (tu), n-are de ce sa nu fie bine :)!

Nu stiu cum te vor contacta dar eu zic sa suni la Ambasada la o zi, doua dupa ce ajunge pachetul si sa intrebi ce se va intampla in continuare.

O sa primesti un pachet (are un colt taiat, sa nu fi surprinsa:) ).Sa NU il desfaci sau deteriorezi!!!! Nu o sa ai nevoie de radiografie, o pastrezi tu si n-o sa ai nevoie de ea nici in SUA. Ei vor doar formularele completate de medic (vor fi in pachet ).

Mult succes si asteptam vesti bune :)!

Buna!:) Pai suntem 3 : joint sponsorul, un dependent child si eu si are 45 de mii pe ultimul an.A pus copie dupa taxele de pe ultimul an doar.Sper sa fie suficient.Ai dreptate, ii voi suna, nu prea am rabdare de felul meu :D.Probabil pe joi cam asa, daca nu dau ei vreun email ceva.

Neata!! Am sunat la ambasada si am vb cu o doamna si a zis ca actele par in regula, trebuie sa le vada si un consul american si dupa aia, in cursul zilei de azi ar trebui sa mi se puna viza, urmand sa trimita maine prin curier..deci la mine ar ajunge cam luni!!!
