uhhh my lawyer cancelled my interview :crying: , good thing i have my EAD, but it is still sad that this is going to delay my interview, and therefore my permanent resident card will be delayed too :crying: ..

mine was transferred to CSC but when we expedited my EAD we also asked the status of my I-485 and according to the lady my application is being processed in Chicago not in CSC. I wonder if that is true. We havent receive any updates yet for my GC but I do have my EAD already.

tom.in.chi our priority dates are just 2 days apart!! from the uscis page it says Chicago are at 4 months and my EAD was approved under 3 months so my husband and I thinking positive that it should be in a few weeks.

2007: Admitted what we both knew all along...

December 25,2008: He proposed!!!!

May 9, 2009: Got married

May 10th, 2011: Date that lawyer claimed he mailed out AOS package

July 14th, 2011: Date that lawyer *actually* mailed out AOS package

July 18th, 2011: USCIS started processing our application

July 30th, 2011: Received Biometrics Appointment (8/11/11)

August 1st, 2011: Successful Biometrics walk-in

August 3rd, 2011: Received all NOA hard copies

September 12, 2011: Card production notice for EAD (!!!)

September 13, 2011: I765 touched

September 19, 2011: EAD arrived in the mail

December 28, 2011: Received email notification of our interview date

Went to the biometrics appt today finally,the people at the New Orleans office were very helpful.Then I got home and my case was updated to

card production ordered,I've never heard anybody saying that you could get the card ordered in the same day as the bio appt,I guess they try to make it up

for the super slow start.

happy that I'll drive again soon.

Same here, we finally had the bio appointment last Monday, same day Card production ordered.

We already received the card yesterday (7 days after appointment!) :) Now waiting for the interview letter.

July 18 - Did walk-in for biometrics

Sept. 1 - receive email/text for EAD Approval

Sept. 10 - receive EAD card in mail

Present - waiting for interview letter

Just want to know when will she receive her interview appt. letter? Our interview location will be in Santa Ana, CA.
