Hello fellow July filers!!!

My EAD is now ordered for production and I will be waiting for the next 30days for me to receive my card! God is really good. Hubby and I will go to church today! I can now accept my job offer and start working on the 19th! yippee!!!!!!!!!

Hello fellow July filers!!!

My EAD is now ordered for production and I will be waiting for the next 30days for me to receive my card! God is really good. Hubby and I will go to church today! I can now accept my job offer and start working on the 19th! yippee!!!!!!!!!

It wont be 30 days :) Mine took 7 working days to get to me. They mail it by Priority Mail. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Congrats to everyone that's gotten their EAD's and interview dates already!! We're still waiting but I seriously hope to get an EAD ASAP. I thought about contacting our congressman but my hubby said I should be patient as it's only been 38 days. It's been hard waiting with no online updates or "touches" :crying:

Why not contact the Congressman?? IT WORKS! As soon as his office called, EAD production was ordered.

Patience is not my forte :rofl:

Yay! We got the EAD card production ordered email yesterday :) We also got the AP approval email notification.

Hopefully we will get the actual card soon :)

2011-08-12 - (day 25) Touched - all cases online and on initial review - Receipt date: 07/18!!!

2011-08-16 - (day 29) Received Hardcopies NOA for I-485, I-864 & I-131 (and a check back from a form that didn't need it)
2011-08-17 - (day 30) Received Hardcopy I-130 NOA

07-05-2011 NOA hard copy in mail, priority date as of June 27th(day 08)

08-19-2011 Called USCIS about Bio letter and finally someone put a service request on the case(day 56)

09-12-2011 Bio letter in the mail!!!(Day 76)

09-26-2011 Biometrics done,less than 30 min wait(day 89)

09-26-2011 Card Production ordered!!!!!(day 89)

10-03-2011 EAD Card in hands!!!!(day 96)

11-09-2011 AOS Interview (Day 133) APPROVED ON THE SPOT,STAMP ON PASSPORT!!!!

11-19-2011 (day 143)Received Green card in the mail!!!!

Hahaha!! Not mine either usually! But we got the email notice today that the EAD card production had been ordered, 31 days after my original bio appointment date. I can wait patiently once I'm working... B-)

May 10th, 2011: Date that lawyer claimed he mailed out AOS package

July 14th, 2011: Date that lawyer *actually* mailed out AOS package

July 18th, 2011: USCIS started processing our application

July 30th, 2011: Received Biometrics Appointment (8/11/11)

August 1st, 2011: Successful Biometrics walk-in

August 3rd, 2011: Received all NOA hard copies

September 12, 2011: Card production notice for EAD (!!!)

September 13, 2011: I765 touched

September 19, 2011: EAD arrived in the mail

December 28, 2011: Received email notification of our interview date

February 1, 2012: Interview

February 29, 2012: Approval notice via email(!!!)

March 7, 2012: Card arrives in the mail (!!!)

All told it took 44 days for me to get my approval notice for the EAD, hopefully you will hear something by the end of the month.

Our timeline:

Finally!!!! EAD card production ordered September 13. From other's timelines it sounds like it normally arrives in 7-10 days. No appointment yet, but hope that it's soon so we can plan a visit to family oversees for Christmas. Good wishes to everyone, before you know we will be worrying about ROC :)
